The MTA-12
assay for benzodiazepines is designed to detect certain
structurally related compounds and to avoid detecting
others, as shown here. Of the 164 compounds tested,
only the following compounds exhibited cross reactivity
relative to the level of temazepam (ng/mL) given
below:
